Kuldeep Sharma is the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of our Company. He holds an MBA in International Trade and Supply Chain Logistics and has further strengthened his professional expertise by completing the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) Course.
With over 30 years of experience in the logistics industry, Mr. Sharma has built a strong reputation for his in-depth industry knowledge, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence. Prior to establishing the Company, he gained extensive experience across various aspects of logistics, international trade, freight forwarding, and supply chain management.
In 2015, he founded the Company with the vision of delivering reliable, customer-focused, and innovative logistics solutions. Under his leadership, the organization has steadily grown, expanding its presence across multiple logistics and transportation segments while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Apart from his role as Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director, Mr. Sharma also serves as a Legal Advisor, utilizing his vast industry experience to provide strategic guidance and ensure regulatory compliance across business operations. His expertise in logistics laws, trade regulations, and operational management has played a significant role in the Company's growth and long-term success.
Mr. Sharma is known for his forward-thinking approach, strong leadership qualities, and dedication to driving innovation within the logistics sector. Lokesh Sharma is a Director of our Company and plays a key role in driving its financial, operational, and strategic growth. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and brings with him over 16 years of professional experience across banking, operations, international banking, and financial management.
Mr. Sharma joined the Company in 2017 as a Senior Accountant and quickly established himself as a dedicated and result-oriented professional. Through his commitment, leadership abilities, and deep understanding of financial and business operations, he contributed significantly to the Company's growth and development. Recognizing his valuable contributions and vision, he was appointed as a Director in 2021.
Over the years, he has gained extensive expertise in financial planning, banking operations, international trade finance, and business administration. His strong analytical skills and practical approach have helped streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and support the Company's expansion in a competitive business environment.
In addition to his corporate experience, Mr. Sharma possesses knowledge and certification in the share market and investment sector, further enhancing his understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and wealth management. Deven Sharma is a Director of our Company and represents the new generation of leadership, bringing fresh perspectives and a dynamic approach to business operations. He is the son of Mr. Kuldeep Sharma, Founder of the Company, and continues to carry forward the vision and values established by the organization's leadership.
He holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and has further enhanced his professional knowledge through the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) Course along with comprehensive certifications in Supply Chain and Logistics Management.
Mr. Deven Sharma joined the Company in 2022 as a Accountant. From the beginning of his career, he demonstrated exceptional dedication, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn. Through his hard work and commitment, he rapidly expanded his expertise beyond accounting and gained hands-on experience in pricing, sales, customer relations, and logistics operations.
His ability to understand complex business processes, combined with his strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabled him to contribute significantly to the Company's operational efficiency and business development initiatives. Over a short period, he became actively involved in various aspects of the organization, helping strengthen customer relationships and supporting strategic growth.
Recognizing his outstanding performance, leadership potential, and valuable contributions to the Company, Mr. Sharma was appointed as a Director in 2026. In his current role, he is actively involved in business development, operational planning, supply chain management, pricing strategies, and strategic decision-making.
